Shipping Policy

-Sexy Lingerie Director ship with PosLaju which we think is appropriate by
referring to customer location and a tracking number will be provided via email

-All order will be dispatched the same day if ordered
and paid before 3:00pm,
or the following day for orders after 3:00pm,

-We will ship out orders from Monday to Friday,
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday no delivery.

-We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses
resulting in non-delivery of the goods.
Please check you have carefully entered the correct address.

-Delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed.
The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate.
We're unable to take responsibility if the item is not delivered on time but we'll help to chase it up.

Return Policy

Item must be return in the original packaging, the product taps, tag, carton or boxes, any missing item will be rejected.

Returnable/Exchangable :

-Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.

-Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems.

-Wrong items from what you have ordered.


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable:

-Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling,
color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.

-Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)

-Transparent slightly or bad odor.

-Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.

-Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will be rejected.

-Sold out items are not available for exchange.
